The Employees led by the General Director of the Ministry of Defence of JSL received their completion of training certificate on the constitution
The president of the Republic of Somaliland, Mr. Muuse Biixi Abdi, has given out four thousand government employees who completed the training of constitution and nationalism over past the few months.This event held at the center of the University of Hargeisa, the president of the cabinet, members of the parliament, leaders of the independent institutions, the leaders of the country's universities, general directors, army commanders and thousands of government workers who studied the constitution were given speech to congratulate the youth of today
The director general of the ministry of defense of JSL Mr. Mustafe Cumar Farah led the delegation who have taken part of the training from the Ministry of Defence.
